in North Sutton, NH. Two years ago while Gerry Putnam was mixing a live CD of my one-woman show, The Pomegranate Seed - recorded in three very different-sounding halls - he and Kent Allyn came up with the idea of recording a live CD in the studio. So one April evening, 45 people bearing dessert and wine squeezed into Gerry's gorgeous barn-made-into-a-studio.This was a first for TR, Kent and me playing a show as a trio. I have played music with Kent for almost twenty years in New England, and toured with TR for the past 10 in the rest of the country. I thought I'd see what happened if we put both "acts" together. It seemed to work well - we had a lot of fun. We plan to do more of it. Here are some behind-the-scenes photos, song lyrics, and ordering information. I hope you enjoy the CD as much as we did making it. ![]() To see photos from the recording session, click Here. Read a review of the CD here: "Quite possibly Sheridan's best."
